Responsibilities
- Implementation of Modules as per guideline
- VM training, Zone Training, Store Training of SM & FC.
- Cross check all stores daily and Ensure 100% display as per guideline.
- Planning of Window Display Area & Promotion
- Adaptation of promo artwork & Docket implementation.
- VM material, Seasonal Changeover, Promotional activity planning & execution
- NSO store planning/Execution
- Area Catchment before opening vendor coordination
- SOP standardization across Department and store
Skills/Experience
- 4-5 year experience
- Must have worked in women’s western wear for minimum 1-2 years.
- Software proficiency- Corel draw or adobe illustrator, adobe Photoshop
- Excellent drawing ability
- Must be much organized and have ability to multi task
- Must be committed to career and have commercial awareness
- Problem solving
- Result oriented and focused towards goals
- Zeal to work and excel
