Responsibilities
- Improves and drives the CRM department and processes.
 - Propose methods to acquire and retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
 - Maintains and improves data management processes and accuracy.
 - Analyse data to inform business development team, sales and planning team.
 - Proactive in offer ideas insights to improve customer’s challenges and issues.
 - Ensures maximum satisfaction from the customers.
 - Works with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain focused attitude with a focus on activities that creates lifetime customers.
 - Responsible for retention programs.
 
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 year experience
 - Knowledge in both retail and ecommerce
 - Good communication skills, good demeanor and personal effectiveness.
 - CRM Software Proficiency
 - Excellent spoken English
 - Ability to understand and handle customer reviews
