The company turned an Indian MNC in Year 2010 with the launch of Exclusive Brand Stores under franchise model in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customer retention can be directly gauged through a leading brand name, MADAME who was the first in the country to contemporize traditional knitwear and create cherished and profiled girl’s western wear that was just new to the country at that time and has highly popular for the past few years.
